Since 2018, we have been working with local animal welfare activists to further expand a private animal shelter. So far, we have been able to support the accommodation of 120 to 300 animals, we have financed a solar power system and the expansion of several rooms as well as weatherproof dog kennels for the sometimes very cold Turkish winters.

Even in times of restrictions due to the worldwide Corona virus pandemic, we have been able to continue neutering campaigns in close cooperation with local veterinarians and have neutered over 80 animals in 2020.

We continuously support our animals on site with food donations.
